Biography

Mr. DuPont is a life-long resident of Columbus. Following the receipt of his Law Degree and License, Mr. DuPont began his practice with the law firm of Evans, St. Clair and Kelsey focusing on the needs of small business, and individuals in such areas as business planning, estate planning and probate. Mr. DuPont became managing partner of the successor law firm in 2001 which ultimately became known as Aucoin, DuPont, Hetterscheidt, and Younkin, LLC. In 2007 Mr. DuPont left the firm to form Gregory S. DuPont Attorney at Law, Ltd..

Mr. DuPont has been a regular speaker on the issues of Financial and Estate Planning, Estate Administration and Probate litigation to both the general public and professional organizations and is a member of the American Bar Association, Columbus Bar Association, and the Ohio State Bar Association.

Law Degree

1992 Graduate of Capital University College of Law, Columbus, Ohio. Areas of additional study included Estate Planning, Estate and Fiduciary Taxation, Business Taxation, and Alternative Dispute Resolution.

Undergraduate Degree

1989 Graduate of The Ohio State University. Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with focus on Accounting and Finance. Additional areas of study included, Architecture, Zoning and Land Use.
